Join Zack Denfeld and Cathrine Kramer of the Center for Genomic Gastronomy as they lead us on what I suspect will be a more rollicking cheese tasting than we’re all  accustomed to.

Hear about the Center’s work and then enjoy a cheese-tasting competition where  contestants wear wrestling masks and take on the personalities of various cheeses while the audience members taste the actual cheese, listen to the “voice” of the cheese (including legal documents and journalistic coverage) and vote on who the winners are.

The winning cheese/wrestler will be crowned and presented with a spray food painting.
